Applesauce-Zucchini Cupcake Bakers

Maywood Girl Scout Troop 825 recently participated in a cooking class led by Chef Kelly Carroll, instructor of the Hackensack High School culinary arts program. The girls baked cupcakes with applesauce and shredded zucchini, calzones and fruit smoothies with the help of some of Carroll’s high school assistants.
