East Brook Middle School of Paramus recently held its 12th annual teacher/student floor hockey game. More than 100 East Brook students in grades 5 through 8 participated in the league that culminates in the big event. The league, which is run by physical education teachers Marc Gregory and Brian Hay, practices early mornings and after school for approximately three months.

After a hard-fought playoff round, the emerging eighth grade team, The Puck Hogs, won the right to compete against the teachers. A standing room-only crowd gathered to watch as the teachers emerged victorious. The following students were members of the Puck Hogs: Robbie Weiss, Nick Piccinnini, Jared Coyle, Anthony Licini, Ryan Licini, C.J. Gennerelli, Martin Fuerte and Al-Tariq Dunson.
